To accommodate your pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $25/month per pet. Rest assured, all pet applications must be approved by management, as PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications, ensuring a harmonious living environment for all.
