Our apartments feature large private patios/balconies, oversized closets, an in-unit full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and plank flooring. Our community offers a collection of resort-style amenities, including a 24-Hour Fitness Center, a Sparkling Swimming Pool, a Resident Lounge, a Whirlpool Spa, a Billiards Room, a Car Care Center, and various sports courts like a Sand Volleyball Court and a Tennis Court.

We offer one parking spot per resident on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, our property is pet-friendly with no breed restrictions! Our community does have a two-pet per apartment maximum. There is a $300 deposit for the first pet and a $150 for the second.

Currently, we do not, but we can refer you to Cort Furniture upon request.


Yes, we offer leasing discounts for employees of the following companies:

  • Orange County (Teachers, Fire/EMT, Police, Postal, etc.)
  • AdventHealth Hospital
  • Disney Theme Parks
  • Universal Theme Parks
  • Seaworld Theme Parks

Our minimum lease term is 7 months.

The Application Fee is $50, and the Reservation Fee is $200. The Security Deposit may range from $350 up to one month's rent.

We offer four ways to pay rent. You can pay online using your bank account or debit/credit card, WIPs, pay-by-phone, or in-person by check or money order.

In addition to the base rent, residents have a $6 Stormwater Fee, a $15 Valet Trash, and a $55 Internet Fee.

There are no utilities included in the rent.

Yes, we offer POL for $14.50 per month.

Guests may visit and stay in the apartment for up to 2 weeks. If guests visit for longer than two weeks, we will require them to be added to the lease agreement.

No, we do not allow residents to sublet their apartments.


Yes, there is a Lynx bus stop less than 0.5 miles away.

Our community is located in Winter Garden, near Ocoee.

We are in Orange County's school district.

Yes, we are just a few minutes away from the West Orange Trail, which is a highly-rated 22-mile paved trail that passes through downtown Oakland, Winter Garden, and Apopka with most of its length built on old railroad alignments.

Winter Garden Village is in close proximity to our community.

There is a Starbucks only half a mile away.

We are located behind Publix near Colonial Drive and Winter Garden Vineland Rd intersection, just 10 minutes from the S.R. 429 Toll Road.
